Unype – Connecting Orkut Users
You can find dozens of Orkut app’s on the web, but only a handful of them are useful. There is one application that I think has the potential to get discovered.
Its called the Unype. What this app does is that it helps you find people living near your locality and displaying it on a map. You can also see a map of people from different social networks like, FaceBook, bebo, MySpace, Hi5 and many more – see screenshot:
Unype has also made a mobile version in which users can interact with each other by using their mobile sets. One of the best features that I found in this application is that you don’t have to necessarily tell your location, a great benefit for women, thus helping them to find and locate new friends, without having to reveal information to strangers.
