Hide Outlook 2007 When Minimized

It is quite a common practise among Window users to open handful of applications while working on their systems, but since a large number of applications are running simultaneously, at times you can’t keep track of them on your taskbar.

One of the programs that is taking space on your taskbar is Outlook. Lets take a look on how to save space on your taskbar, by minimizing Outlook.

By default, most of the applications take space on the taskbar, including Outlook.

In order to stop it from showing up right click on the Outlook icon in the notification area next to the clock then select Hide When Minimized.

A notification balloon will pop out to notify the change. Now you have reserved additional space for you taskbar for other programs to run on it.

You can access Outlook by double clicking the notifaction icon.  Easy huh?
