FBackup | Backup Your System Files Automatically

I recently lost some of my most important files, including my semester project that I worked so hard upon, just because of my carelessness of not making a backup of hard disk. I always find this task very hard to implement.

Despite all the consequences, I was able to recover nearly all my data from the hard disk, thanks to PC Inspector. But to prevent this from happening once and for all, I GOOGLED around and landed on FBackup.

FBackup is a free software for personal and commercial use that can be used to automatically backup files and folders to USB drives, local and network folders. Why am I recommending this software to you?

What I liked the most about this application was that its has an excellent interface, which makes it easy to handle and work around. You are also given the option to set the time and date, when and where (destination) to make a backup copy of the files inside your system. This way you won’t have to worry about making that backup manually.

You can also set the option to delete the old backup that was made some time ago and replace it with a fresh copy of backup files. One of the most admired feature about this application is that it can create a backup copy of files which are in use by the system, as it uses the Shadow files which Windows provides.

Its available free of charge and works equally well with Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista.

Have you lost your important data recently due to hard disk crash? What measures do you take to prevent this from happening? Let us know!
