EraseTemp | Delete Old, Unwanted Temporary files
Have you ever noticed that with the passage of time, your hard disk space starts shrinking owing to unwanted files clustered on your hard drive? Although some of these temporary files are needed by the operating system to work, most of these are simply adding bulk to your hard disk space.
Easy way is to get rid of these files as soon as possible. But the problem is that how would you know which file you should delete and which you should not. Easier solution is to install EraseTemp – a freeware that detects and deletes all unnecessary files automatically from your computer.
On execution, EraseTemp automatically detects temporary files older than a day or two and delete those that are not in use by the system any more. It looks for these files inside the personal temp folder in ‘Documents and Settings‘, the windows temp folder and it also cleans up the old dump files.

You may even wish to delete those files from specific folders that are older for any number of days, but for this to work you will have to use the command line arguments which offers some commands which enables you to delete sub-directories, keep read only files and/or erase a directory etc.
