With only $50 per month, you’re going to get country wide coverage and limitless talk, text, and data service. I am back with a fresh new review on LG’s latest creation; it newest Optimus 7 Windows Smart phone. The Optimus handset has some incredible specs, which I’ll be mentioning below. It is similar in design to the LG Optimus 7Q in many ways. The Optimus 7 has no physical keyboard, but boasts a full QWERTY touch screen which is a pleasure on the fingers.

Packing in a 3.8-inch, 800 x 480, capacitive touchscreen, the LG Optimus 7 is a zippy little handset thanks to the 1GHz processor it has under the hood. 512MB of RAM makes switching between apps smooth, while 16GB of built-in storage allows for plenty of tunes, photos and videos to be stored on the phone. An accelerometer, compass and GPS are built in too for swift Bing Maps navigation, while web connectivity is handled by 3G and Wi-Fi connections.

Here are a couple key features of the phone:

- Play To lets users share multimedia files with other digital devices from the picture, video or music Hubs without having to access other menus.

-Users will be able to display videos and photos captured on their LG Optimus 7 on a TV or enjoy music on their phones through their favorite speakers without wires.

-Users can also speak up and be heard thanks to LG’s Voice-to-Text feature which allows communication without the need for finger input.

Nokia launches ‘iPhone killer’ Nokia N97 Smart Phone

This tuesday, mobile phone giants Nokia released its new smart phone; Nokia N97 at the Nokia World 2008 conference.

The company claims that this mobile phone is the worlds most advanced handset, and promises to bring users closer to the internet on the move.

The N97 seems to be a neat blend of an N-Series phone and an E90, taking all the multimedia of the N-Series and marrying it to the superb Web browsing experience you get on the E90.

Nokia has put high-speed web access at the heart of its new device, along with one-button, ‘always-on’ access to social-networking sites such as Facebook.

All in all, Nokia N97 will become the smart phone of the year in Europe when released sometime in early 2009, with an estimated price of 550 euros ($695).

According to my analysis, I think this smart phone will appeal to many users from all over the world. Although the price is way off hook, but still two of the major reasons will be of 32 GB of memory and 36 hours of music playback, which is way too much!

As previously blogged about the release of Googles G1 Smart Phone, and as expected Google has officially announced it G1 smartphone this Monday – the first handset to use Google’s Android platform.

The New Samsung Armani Night Effect is a mixture of Dull and un-inventive lightening effects. The most interesting thing to note is that the phone branded with one of the greatest designer’s names could be so dull and lacking in any sense of creativity.

Google Phone to Launch Today!

The long-awaited smart phone, manufactured by HTC; codenamed DREAM and officially named as T Mobile G1, will be the first ever handset powered by Android – Google’s free and open-source mobile operating system, promising a smooth mobile computing environment.

Google is trying not to reveal about its features, until the day of launch, but according to some leaked photos and videos as seen on the web a few days ago, clearly shows that it consists of a touchscreen similar to that of iPhone but also a slide-out Qwerty keyboard, a built in GPS, camera, tilt sensors for gaming purposes, plus it is also likely to feature Google’s new web browser – Chrome.

The new Google Android phone will be available in black, white, and brown colors, while having a price tag of $199, with a two year contract and is expected to launch some-time today (23.09.08) in order to compete against the iPhone.

What do you think would Google Phone prove to be an iPhone Killer? I don’t think so.

Daily we see different handsets with stylish looks and innovative features. As the technology becomes more and more advanced and sophisticated, smart phones and cell phones are getting smaller and smaller.

The latest or should I say the smallest handset released is the Xun Chi 138, also being the Worlds Smallest Handset that can easily slide into your fifth pocket! This innovation is technology is not larger than a pair of AA batteries, having a size of 2.64 inch (67mm) and weighs less than 55 grams (2 ounces).

LG KC910 – 8 megapixel handset with touch screen interface

A day before, LG announced that the company would be launching its new handset LG-KC910 – the only 8 mega-pixel phone with multimedia and a full touchscreen interface.

Its predecessor, LG Viewty was debuted as the slimmest 5 mega-pixel phone. Now LG-KC910 would be the slimmest 8 Mega-pixel phone, available in the market.

You have already seen leaked photos of Nokia Tube, which is expected to release before Christmas this year.

Lately, a new model launched by Nokia – Nokia 8800 Carbon Arte. As the name implies, the Carbon Arte comprises of a titanium, stainless steel, and polished glass. It is casted in the same model as the Sapphire and the Original Arte (in black metal)

Nokia Tube Leaked Photos and Specs

A lot of rumors have been going on around the web about Nokia working on a touchscreen phone code named :”Nokia Tube“.

The Tube, also known as the 5800 XpressMusic, has an expected component list that reads like a roll-call for modern smartphones: behind the 640 x 360-pixel resolution and a 16:9 display mode will be a 3.2-megapixel camera, with a Carl Zeiss optical lens with autofocus (assisted by a dual-LED flash), 140MB of memory and GPS, EDGE, HSDPA (3G), wi-fi, Bluetooth radios.

As it looks from the specs, this is going to be a true iPhone killer device. High-resolution display, better camera, Haptic, Video recording etc these all add up to what users are already missing in the iPhone.

Unfortunately, there is no official word on the Tube’s release but it is expected that it will hit store just before Christmas. With great specifications and Nokia large share in mobile phones market, the Nokia 5800 Tube will definitely give a tough competition to the iPhone.
