Microsoft Publicizes Explorer Touch Mouse – Pricing & Availability

Microsoft has publicized the availability and pricing of the latest hardware, that is new Explorer Touch Mouse that will join the old brand of touch series mouse including Microsoft Arch Touch & Touch Mouse. The Microsoft Explorer Touch Mouse is supposed to be genuine competitor of Apple Magic & Mighty mouse.

Microsoft Explorer Touch mouse has superior touch strip technology, delivering a strip with both vertical and horizontal navigation, permitting you to swipe your mouse in almost any direction. Along with easy navigation, the scroll wheel also makes it possible for three speeds of scrolling: slow speed for precise movements, medium speed to succeed a page or two, or hyperfast speed to flick quickly through a long document. Along with advanced haptic technology, you will soon scroll the pages.

Microsoft Explorer Touch Mouse is powered through the same BlueTrack Technology for seamless scrolling on any kind of surface and it’s also Microsoft’s first mouse to provide approximately eighteen months of battery life. Additionally there is exclusive edition Explorer Touch Mouse which sports Sangria Red and Rust Red color.

You must have gone through some of the freaky, but sometimes realistic concept designs, that guarantees you a better life style. But today, I stumbled upon something even more odd.

Have you ever thought of reading with your finger tips? That’s right, there is one awesome concept that will let you search and discover related content by running your fingers across these letters and have its meaning or description whispered into your ear.

The images shown above, are of Touch-Hear , that depicts about the tiny sensors at the tips of the fingers, while the corresponding white vocal device positioned on the ear, produces the necessary sound when fingers are scrolled onto a page.

With this device, searching from Google or peeping into your dictionary again and again for the same words, will become a thing of the past!

Unfortunately, there is no word by its creators at Design Incubation Centre as to how it will deal with different languages, or whether it would be available or not. Lets hope and see whether this New concept will ever make it to the production line.

Samsung launches YP-U4 Litmus and YP-Q1 Diamond MP3 players

Samsung is not giving up manufacturing MP3 players anytime soon. Two new MP3 players announced by Samsung at IFA 2008, namely YP-Q1 Diamond and YP-U4 Litmus.

Sony Unveiled DSC-T77 and DSC-T700 Digital Cameras

Sony Electronics unveiled its latest member in of Sony Cyber Shot T-Family, the DSC-T700 (also called ” the photo album in your pocket” – by Sony) and the DSC-T77. With 10 megapixels, they almost share the same features, apart from the internal memory, LCD, and PMB software, in order to share photo’s with social networks by press of a button.

The Director of digital camera marketing at Sony Electronics, Phil Lubell, expalins:

“Sony is taking the lead in developing “intelligent” cameras so that taking great pictures is an automatic function and not a complicated process,”

Talk about a multi-functional device – Brando has a new USB Spy Camera MP3 Sunglasses that comes complete with a wireless remote shutter.

It has a built in MP3 player and a High-Tech Mininature 1.3MP Spy-Camera and is available up to 2GB of flash memory and is capable of storing more than 15,000 images in 1280×1024 size!

These spy sunglasses have a built-in rechargeable Li-ion Battery that allows you to enjoy up to 6 hours of Music or 2 hours talk time and up-to 10 photos/min. Its wireless remote control enables you too take photos silently, without touching the controls of the sunglasses itself.

It costs around $165. For some the price tag would be a bit too high. But considering the functionalities it offers, it won’t be a bad deal after all.

Honestly, I want this cool stuff in Summer. Well, I mean to enjoy my favorite MP3 Music actually!!

Have you ever wanted to hammer down a nail in your laptop? Well, here’s your final chance to do so! The designers of company Plankton released a very cool nail-shaped falsh drive that can fulfill your desires.

The “nailed” memory stick makes it look like you got very frustrated with your computer, and in a fit of rage, hammered a nail into it.

The USB stick is made of polyurethane and iron and comes with upto 2 GB of data storage. This will be the only nail that has a price tag of $46. You can buy/order your own from plankton.
